Using our vast property experience we also assist corporate and holiday let clients with relocation projects by providing quality Serviced Accommodation. We also work with the local authority, large companies, Armed Forces Personnel and the NHS to provide suitable accommodation to consultants and staff who are here working on short term interim contracts. We meet with the individuals on each occasion to understand their needs in respect of location, budget, amenities etc and then from there we are able to source suitable options either using our own portfolio, existing client’s properties or new instructions utilising our local contacts.

I am a single professional female working in Hereford on a flexible contract and required serviced accommodation for this period of time whilst away from home. Due to the distance from home I travel by train and required accommodation in walking distance of work in central Hereford. I originally viewed a property from rentmyhouse and although it was lovely it was not in the right geographical location.
However Mike and Carey took my details and took the time and trouble to ascertain my requirements both in terms of geography and importantly for me safety. I needed a property that provided me an all in package in respect of furnishings , household equipment , washing machine and utilities. Subsequent to our discussions Mike and Carey sourced me a two bed flat meeting all my requirements and fitted it out to a high specification in an extremely quick turn round time. It has been thoughtfully fitted out even down to pictures on the wall and cleaning products.
With a weekly comprehensive clean, change of bedding and towels the service has been first class and the accommodation excellent.
This accommodation and service makes living away from home and a busy job manageable and stress reducing knowing that all my creature comforts are there and I have a home from home that friends and family can stay over in and enjoy the local area.
Beyond the accommodation Mike and Carey are friendly but professional and I am confident that should I need anything they would be on hand and respond quickly and efficiently . Equally they are not overbearing and leave you to get on with it safe in the knowledge that they are a phone call or email away.
